2018 Stinger GT1 Brake issue

Hey all - looking for a bit of advice. I love my 2018 Stinger GT and have had her for about 2 years now. I've also had brake work done 3 times in 2 years with less then 10k miles driven in total. I understand that Kia is aware of this issue but there seem very few options. The last time they completely redid the brakes and tried to charge me. Another issue is awful service. Are there any options that I can make Kia do to fix this issue as its driving me nuts. Appreciate it!

I've been experiencing the same problem with the brakes. Replaced rotors and pads twice
Still have a rumbling steering wheel and service staff can't repair the problem.
I'm paying for a car I can't drive. I find it unsafe. 16,000 miles.
