Kia will be making some changes for the 2019 Stinger, and for now details relate only to U.S models. Depending on your choice of trim expect an extra $750-$2,000 more over the outgoing model, but that comes with an enhanced range of standard equipment across the lineup. Base models will now get blind spot detection and rear cross traffic alert. The 18inch alloys that were previously exclusive to the Premium trim are now included on the entry level model as well.

Starting price for the 4 cylinder in the U.S will be $33,895, while those who opt for the V6 should expect to pay $40,095.

A new Sun & Sound package is available that brings with a power sunroof, LED lights, a larger display screen and a premium audio system. The top-end trim of the 2019 Stinger can be had with an available 360-degree camera as well as heated rear seats.

Was hoping that we wouldn't see the price rise by much for the next generation, but I think its fair with the new equipment. Now that the Stinger has been around for a year and there are more long term reviews available, there is a good chance that Kia will see better numbers for 2019.
Well we haven't seen any significant issues or recalls, aside from some the paint concerns with the Yellow. Kia's response to that problem was stellar imo however and shows how committed they are to the satisfaction of their customers.
I believe that so far this year Kia has managed to sell around 10,000 units. While this is less than what BMW, Audi or Merc have seen from their sedans, it's a solid start for a brand new platform.
Just had a safety recall which applied to all Stingers manufactured before June 2018 I think. Fire risk as a result of a defect which can damage the front wiring harness.
