Limp mode help

Just bought a 2019 gt2 yesterday that has an aem dual ram intakes. Drive the car for a couple of hours then when getting on it later in the day the car went into limp mode and threw the check engine light. Car runs fine when not on boost but then stutters and runs rough until no boost. Any help or suggestions? Goes back to the dealer tomorrow but wanted opinions.
