Depends on where you live. I've asked around and the average is $120 for full synthetic.
Oil change cost
I'd assume most have hit or is close to the first oil change mileage. Around how much were you charged and did they go with 8 quarts full synthetic? I'm expecting to cost me in excess of $100 judging from my previous cars.

Wouldn't expect it to be much different from any other performance model. Do we know what the intervals are for oil changes on the Stinger? I know a lot of newer cars running synthetic are now scheduled for every 10k.
The intervals are every 12 months or 6,000 miles, whichever comes first or if your oil just needs to be changed earlier. The same schedule applies to the turbo as well. Maybe a bit more often if you drive your Stinger hard, but the general time frame should be what's listed in the owner's manual.
Oil change costing
I drive a 2019 GT1 you can buy full synthetic oil at Walmart for around $45 dollars. That is for 7 qts Mobil 1.i cannot find after market oil filters so I buy Kia. I pay a local shop around$17 dollars for labor oil change.
